CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NON-HOLIDAY SERVICES

  • Please give us AT LEAST one business day of advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Without this notice, you will be charged 50% of your missed service BEFORE you are able to schedule your next appointment

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will either need to reschedule or wait until another appointment time is available resulting in a $20 late fee.

  • Day Training clients will be required to put down a 30% nonrefundable deposit within 3 days of scheduling.

  • Please give us AT LEAST two business days of advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Without this notice, you will be charged 100% of your missed service BEFORE you are able to schedule your next appointment

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will either need to reschedule or wait until another appointment time is available resulting in a $25 late fee.

SITTING FEE

  • If your pet is a grooming guest and is not picked up within 30 minutes of your appointed pick up time, you will be charged an automatic $20 fee for groom & play.

VACCINES

  • All pets must be current on Rabies & Distemper
